We simulate strategic exercises for crisis management teams as well as operational scenarios for all kind of emergency and security services, which want to have prepared their teams for real cases of emergency under conditions as real as possible.

As a cross-border community, we have already cooperated with German, French, Luxemburg and Italian Units.

For your run, you can rent the members of our simulation team on one the hand, but even have a complete scenario elaborated on your specifications on the other hand. It’s up to you to determine the tasks your team is confronted with, the kind of equipment and services used, the difficulty of the tasks and the aims of the run. The scenario is completely developed on your specifications. From the planning stage to the debriefing, we will participate in the incidate command.

In case of necessity, the difficulty of even a running exercise can be changed. Our aim is to see to what point the team involved in a scenario can be challenged.

We have actors with outstanding knowledge of foreign languages at our disposal. Overcoming language differences in a run can be a new challenge even for very experienced task forces, Therefore, it sometimes is reasonable to integrate such difficulties in scenarios.

Basically, we are specialized in simulating people who are subject to a high mental pressure. We are in close cooperation with members of “Notfallseelsorge & Krisenintervention Saarland e. V”. In addition, we have a graduate psychologist with consultant functions in our team. Leading firefighters and leading members of the rescue team are also part of our team. They help us to simulate scenarios in a correct way.

We are, of course, also trained in simulating typical medical emergency cases. Among the members of the emergency simulation team, there are first-aid assistents, ambulance men and paramedics. Instructors from the rescue service as well as an emergency doctor are involved in the training of our simulation team. Their main function is to act as medical consultants and sometimes, they even become themselves actors.

The simulation team considers itself as service company and for that reason, we adhere exactly to the requirements and the aims set by clients for the exercise scenarios.

Criticism of the work of the task forces doesn’t belong to the tasks defined for the simulation team ! This is only up to the observers, leaders and trainers of the organisation involved.

On request, the client receives a subjective feedback of the member of the emergency simulation team charged with the task force . This can’t be a professional critique of the manoeuvre, but it is a neutral summary of certain situations given by our actors.

Our service for non-profit organizations or official emergency services is voluntary. We only ask for an allowance containing:

• € 5,- for each actor and run (minimum charge: 30,-€). This charge is spent for make-up and is also payable for actors who don’t belong to the simulation team, if it’s up to us to prepare them- by make-up or in any other way – for the run.

• € 10,- for the use of our lightning lazer“Inferno”. This charge is spent for lightning appliances  kept in reserve.
  .
• € 30,- per tankful (5 liters) for the use of our best performance smoke discharger “Fogstorm 1700 HD”. The price includes the costs for the cleaning of the machine after the use.
  .
• If journey costs become relevant, they will also be charged for. Of course, we will chare cars and, if possible, use public transport.

Above, we were very pleased for any other donations. For an independent organization as we are, each cent counts.

As a non-profit organization, we only can participate in a run organized by public costumers if they decide to sponsor our team. You will evidently have a (german) tax-deductible donation receipt.
